Coriander Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 3 big garlic cloves
- zest and juice of one lime
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 - 4 Tablespoons neutral oil
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender, and purée until semi-smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
